Quem somos
A banda Vulture foi formada na cidade de Itapetininga, interior de São Paulo, em meados de 1995 pelo guitarrista Adauto Xavier.
Após diversas mudanças em seu line up a banda estabilizou sua formação em 2004 com Adauto Xavier (guitarra solo e vocal), Yuri Schumann (guitarra base e backing vocal), André Xavier (bateria) e Max Schumann (baixo), formação que diminuiu até 2018, quando houve a entrada de Fabio Amaro na bateria e, mais recentemente, Mateus Barros no baixo.
Praticando um violento Death Metal com pitadas melódicas, a banda conta em seu portfólio com cinco demos, participações em importantes coletâneas do cenário nacional e cinco álbuns oficiais lançados no mercado: Test Of Fire (2005), Through The Eyes Of Vulture (2008), Destructive Creation (2012), Abandoned Haunt of Cosmic Hate (2016) e The End of Agony (2020).
Outra conquista importante para a banda foi o lançamento de um Split em LP junto com a banda Mortage de Campinas, onde foram gravadas quatro músicas antigas nunca divulgadas.
Realizando shows em boa parte do território nacional, e alguns internacionais como no Uruguay e na Argentina, a banda já percorreu os estados de SP, PR, RS, ES, MG, MT, PI, MA, RN, CE e abriu para bandas como Deicide, Dark Funeral, Belphegor, Incantation, Entombed , Pestilence, God Dethroned, Kataklysm, Enthroned, Besatt, Krisiun, Korzus, Vulcano, Mystifier, Headhunter DC, Torture Squad, dentre outros.
Atualmente a banda está trabalhando em seu novo álbum intitulado “Apostasy Campaign”, com previsão de lançamento para o início de 2024.
Após esse novo lançamento, a banda planeja a gravação de um DVD comemorativo de 30 anos e a realização de sua primeira turnê Europeia.
Who We Are
The band Vulture was formed in the city of Itapetininga, in the interior of São Paulo, in mid-1995 by guitarist Adauto Xavier.
After several changes in its line up, the band stabilized its formation in 2004 with Adauto Xavier (solo guitar and vocals), Yuri Schumann (rhythm guitar and backing vocals), André Xavier (drums) and Max Schumann (bass), a lineup that decreased to 2018, when Fabio Amaro joined on drums and, more recently, Mateus Barros on bass.
Practicing a violent Death Metal with melodic touches, the band has in its portfolio five demos, participation in important compilations of the national scene and five official albums released in the market: Test Of Fire (2005), Through The Eyes Of Vulture (2008), Destructive Creation (2012), Abandoned Haunt of Cosmic Hate (2016) and The End of Agony (2020).
Another important achievement for the band was the release of a Split LP together with the band Mortage from Campinas, where four old songs never released were recorded.
Performing shows in most of the national territory, and some internationally like in Uruguay and Argentina, the band has already toured the states of SP, PR, RS, ES, MG, MT, PI, MA, RN, CE and opened for bands like Deicide, Dark Funeral, Belphegor, Incantation, Entombed, Pestilence, God Dethroned, Kataklysm, Enthroned, Besatt, Krisiun, Korzus, Vulcano, Mystifier, Headhunter DC, Torture Squad, among others.
The band is currently working on their new album entitled “Apostasy Campaign”, scheduled for release in early 2024.
After this new release, the band plans to record a commemorative 30th anniversary DVD and carry out their first European tour.
